Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo is great served with chips, but even better (in my opinion) as a topping on tacos, eggs etc..

This is an incredibly simple recipes that takes about 10 minutes to make.                                       


  • 4 roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


Combine all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour then serve.
