You have some great ideas here, Panda!- I would also add that yogurt, either plain or vanilla, is a wonderful subsitute for sour cream!

What a great point! I have actually used plain yogurt before when I didn’t have sour cream and it came out great! I edited my 2nd point to include the tip to use yogurt! Thanks Mom!
